What does it cost?
Your first month is free. It starts the day your data is in, not the day you sign. After that it is one flat rate per home, monthly rolling. No tiers, no per-user charges. You get the number on the call. The founding rate is locked for as long as those homes stay.
Will Ofsted accept it?
The evidence pack is the same records you’d show from folders: dated, signed and in one PDF, minus the scramble to assemble them. Staffbook is a way to keep and show your records. It does not change what Ofsted asks for.
